Information You Provide Directly

Registered Users: In order to access our Platform, you will need to create an account. To create an account, you will need to provide personal data including your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and a password.

If you are a Registered User, we may receive information about you from other services, such as Google, Facebook, or Apple, if you choose to use their service to login to our Platform. This information may include your name, username, email, photograph, birthdate, and/or location.

*Rights for Nevada Residents: Under a Nevada privacy law (SB 220), certain Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of certain categories of personal information.  As of the effective date of this Privacy Notice, we do not sell any type of information covered by that law.  However, if you are a Nevada resident who would like to opt-out of any future sale of your information in the unlikely event we change our practices, you may do so by contacting us atinfo@feelcoin.io. Your request must include your full name, street address, city, state, zip code, and an email address so that we can contact you if needed to verify your identity and the authenticity of the request.

Rights for UK, Swiss and European Residents

Object to Haptagram’s processing of your personal data based on Haptagram’s legitimate interest or legal and regulatory obligations as further set out the section entitled “The Lawful Basis for Processing European Personal Information,” which Haptagram Development will review as to whether we have a prevailing interest or legal and regulatory obligations in processing your personal data.

In addition, if we process any of your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without penalty.
